Over the Christmas Holiday Gift of Life NJ Inc. agreed to contribute $10,000 to each of three Global grants developed by Gift of Life International for Romania, Pakistan and Filipins. In addition, District 7475, at our request, will commit $7,000 DDF for the Filipin grant (GG219940).
Romania
Global Grant will further empower the local team to provide lifesaving heart surgery to 50 Romanian children in 2022.
Pakistan
This grant will provide for the purchase, installation and shipping of a 2009 GE Innova 3131 IQ Biplane Catheterization Lab. The addition of this Cath Lab will provide sustainable care to more than 100 Pakistani children each year who are in need of interventional and/or diagnostic catheterizations.
Filipin Cebu
50 Filipino children from the Cebu area will be operated on and give a fresh chance at life
