Gift of Life Inc. of NJ Board of Trustees would like to recognize and memorialize Rene Gabbai

It is with deep sadness that we mourn the passing of our long-time committee member and Treasurer, Rene’ Gabbai. Rene’ was a member of our Gift of Life Inc. of NJ Committee for twenty-four years, since shortly after its inception, and was the Treasurer for fourteen of those years.
As well as a dedicated member of our organization, Rene’ was also a major donor, personally providing the funding for several individual surgeries and overseas medical missions, saving the lives of many of the world’s children in the process.
It was typical of Rene’s selfless devotion to “our kids”, that in his passing he requested that donations to Gift of Life Inc. of NJ be made in lieu of flowers.
